Bhavna TalwarÂs upcoming movie ÂHappiÂ, would revive the memories of legendary comedian Charlie Chaplin. For, the movieÂs protagonist Pankaj Kapoor is playing a common man which sources say is on the lines of ChaplinÂs character.
Now, as a mark of tribute, the producers have a special festival of Chaplin's films, starting from Jan 22nd. Interestingly, the team said to have invited Chaplin's daughter Geraldine and his granddaughter Dolores Chaplin.
And PankajÂs star son Shahid Kapoor is quite gung-ho about the whole thing. He is said to be very excited to meet Dolores, who in fact is an actress and acted in several international projects.
Quoted sources, ÂShahid is taking keen interest in the festival, not only because his dad plays a Chaplinesque hero but also because Chaplin's grand-daughter Dolores would be flying down for the event. Shahid is quite kicked by the young actress' lineage and luscious looks.Â
The festival, which is organized by HappiÂs producer Sheetal Talwar, will screen ChaplinÂs notable films like ÂThe Great DictatorÂ, ÂCity LightsÂ, ÂThe Kid and ÂModern TimesÂ.
